Since I am in the moment, and with the prospect this evening must go to a bar, not really as feel Non smoking , I got the Internet on Non smoking aid searched.
The most common terms that appeared were of course the book "Finally Non smoking" by Allan Carr , hypnosis and smoking pill Champix .

I do not know - really helps ... this book really stop at? A few years ago I read it - but without the intention to quit smoking - and I was disappointed. I have patronized the clock and kidding with cheap tricks Psycho felt. I am really no friend of pills. I am rarely ill and if so, then hand me a couple of aspirin. Doctors I do not like ...Champix stimulates the same receptors as nicotine , the sameness that is blocked - so there is no "good Gehühl" more if you smoke one.

must be well-advised of side effects such as depression and other mental illnesses - I do not know how far they actually occur, but is eligible for Champix am therefore not in question.
Are there other tools? I will investigate further, because now I really feel like very many butts would have to smoke in a row away!
