With 106 athletes, we have traveled this weekend to Heilbronn ;-)! The atmosphere was great and you got to know many new athletes again, even from other disciplines.
The weatherman said it very well with us - with brilliant 26-29 degree temperatures and blue we absoliverten our competition. were set
While most runs in the morning, the 3000 was set to 15.00 clock in the afternoon heat. In preparation, we were in the dressing room - because there was some degree still cool ...
We started with the U20 athletes - which were responsible for a large field and therefore it was difficult at first, until one has established a position somewhat.
It was started more slowly - so that I did in the second round, even leadership. However, after 4 rounds - I just had a head - I thought the same burst and it was me, "trümlig" - round two before closing so I was very happy - A wet sponge. In between, I really thought, now I die right then ;-) but also the last lap I managed to clear and could even have two attachments on sprint athlete. With my final time of 10.21.0 I'm not really happy - but it was for me personally, not the best weather ;-)!
