After I had two weeks of vacation - one week beach holiday in Spain and a week in Lenzerheide, where I also trained again, I ran again over the 1500m.
The speed is missing me - this I have already noticed the first few meters. The difference to the rate of 3000/5000m and then at 1500 m was already noticeable. And at first I did not progress as correct, but mostly I like almost ran again a great final round and I'm happy - even if the time is not in the PB area, but what I would expect it either.
early Thursday I'm going to go in Aarau back to the start, but over 800m, so we in the team - SM have two teams ...
