Celberity With Retinopathy Of Prematurity

10 KM SM Payerne

due to a stomach flu I had the beginning of March to start at the SM cross forego the short distance. The preparation for the 10km SM did not go straight to my wishes, because I still had to struggle with stomach problems.
I was happy but very, finally to once again deny a road run.


in Payerne weather was not nearly as good as at our home. Bevölkt, about 9 degrees and a müsahmer Wind was blowing. The course was fast and flat. 16.15 clock was the start.
The first km I was more likely to behave, did not know how my stomach would react. After 4km (14.52min), I knew I'm doing well and the ride was true. Km 6 + 7, we ran on the field with the wind. It was difficult to push the pace because my fellow traveler behind me wind shadows are gone ;-) and were not very helpful.

With passage KM9 I knew there is a fast time and bronze is in there. So I ran the last in 3.35min and was the final sprint to overtake a few. With a final time of 37.49min I won the bronze medal.

So I finished my winter season successfully and look forward to the upcoming summer season ;-)
